Terms and Conditions
£100 refundable deposit must be paid before hiring the studio. This will be returned as long as all equipment and facilities are left in the same condition upon arrival.
£150 refundable deposit if you are bringing animals, to be paid before hiring the studio. This will be returned as long as all equipment and facilities are left in the same condition upon arrival.
You and your party are responsible for locking the door and ensuring the key is returned. Loss of keys will result in fines and you will be held accountable for any damages incurred.
Smoking and the use of smoke machines inside the studio is prohibited.
If you require a noisy space then the studio will only be available to hire out at the weekends.
If you go over your hourly rate then you will be charged for another full hour. (Standard hourly rate is £45)
Kitchen is only available for hire from Monday-Friday. Please inform us if you would like to use this during your booking time.
All damages must be reported and paid for.
White, pink and green paper backgrounds are available. If you would like another colour we can order one for a fee of £100 for you to use during your hire with us.
The existing coloured backgrounds are free to use unless they are made dirty or marked and will then be charged per metre. (£10 per metre)
Student discount only available for students with a valid and in-date student ID card.
Leave the studio in the same condition you found it in. If not then deposits will not be refunded.
